This Delivery Policy describes the terms, terms and delivery method of orders placed through the RAVECAGE online store.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first following business day.

After sending the order, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery information.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination:

Bulgaria: 1–3 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days

International deliveries (outside the EU): 7–20 business days

Please note that slight delays are possible during peak periods (holidays, promotions, launches).

3. Courier Services

Deliveries are made through licensed courier companies.
RAVECAGE is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, customs checks, etc.).

4. Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically when finalizing the order and depends on:

Destination

Weight and size of the shipment

The selected delivery method

All delivery costs are clearly indicated before completing the order.

5. International deliveries and customs duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT or other local fees may be charged, which are entirely at the expense of the customer.

RAVECAGE is not responsible for additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

6. Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure that you provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
RAVECAGE is not responsible for shipments returned due to an incorrectly entered address or lack of a recipient.

In case of a returned shipment, re-shipment is at the customer's expense.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment or believe your shipment is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos (if applicable).
