This policy governs the conditions for returning products and refunding amounts purchased from the RAVECAGE online store.

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving a reason, in accordance with current legislation.

2. Return conditions

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be:

unused and unworn

without traces of use, washing or damage

in its original condition and packaging

with all labels and accessories

RAVECAGE reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at:

and provide us with:

order number

return reason (optional)

After confirmation, you will receive return instructions.

4. Return costs

The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense, except in cases where:

the product is defective

the wrong item was sent

In these cases, the return costs are borne by RAVECAGE.

5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

Only the value of the product is refunded, excluding the costs of the original delivery, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Defective or incorrectly shipped products

If you receive a defective product or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send us photos of the problem.

In this case, we will offer:

a replacement

or a full refund

7. Non-returnable products

For hygiene and legal reasons, the following products are not returnable, except in the event of a defect:

underwear

personal accessories
